Today's Country Tidbits

Did you watch the season finale of Project: Runway last night? Faith Hill was the guest judge, and she says that was something that came naturally to her, because she's always had an eye for detail and a good fashion sense. She's open to producing a fashion line of her own, and would design for the busy mom with great style.

Reba had a few dress changes at the AOM awards. Which dress was her favorite?


Brad Paisley has been invited to be part of the 2010 National Memorial Day Concert, which airs live on PBS from the west lawn of the Capitol building.

One of the highlights of the Brooks & Dunn tribute show filmed Monday night was Jennifer Hudson singing "I Believe." Not only did she get a standing ovation, but many in the audience were moved to tears. Such is the power of a great song, no matter who sings it. During the show, artists reminisced about touring with Kix and Ronnie, and there were a lot of tour pranks revealed. For the finale, everyone hit the stage together for a rendition of "Play Something Country." The "Last Rodeo" tour kicks off tonight near Sacramento, CA.

Kenny Chesney was the surprise host of the first showing of "Summer in 3D" in Chicago. Because of the overwhelming demand for tickets, the movie will add screenings and theatres.

Shania Twain will be the mentor on next week's American Idol, and Rascal Flatts and Lady Antebellum will be performing on next Wednesday night's episode. Rascal Flatts has also been tapped to perform the National Anthem at the 136th running of the Kentucky Derby on May first. Also going to the races, Little Big Town will perform the Star Spangled Banner the day before at the Kentucky Oaks, a race for 3-year-old fillies.

Tonight, Jason Aldean is on the Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson, and Rascal Flatts is on "Food Revolution."
