Some people dream big, and Texans dream bigger. For proof, look at what Jack Ingram did yesterday.

To celebrate the release of his new cd, "Big Dreams and High Hopes" Jack decided to break the Guinness World Record for “Most Consecutive Radio Interviews In A 24 Hour Period.”

He situated himself at the base of the Brooklyn Bridge and not only broke the record, he smashed it to smithereens. The old record? 96 radio interviews in 24 hours. How many did Jack do? 215 radio interviews, covering most of the 50 states and Canada, Australia and Ireland.

Laura Plunkett was the Guiness World Record Adjudicator for the event, and she said, "Guinness World Records has been chronicling records for more than 50 years and today is no different. We are pleased to announce that Jack Ingram has broken the record for the ‘most radio interviews in 24 hours’ at a staggering 215 interviews!”

Jack wrapped up interview #215 by saying, "After the last 24 hours, I officially have nothing left to say.”

I do...a huge, Texas-sized congrats to Jack Ingram, and for the rest of us, a reminder to chase those dreams, and while you're at it, dream big!
