Today is Bill of Rights Day, and to celebrate, 1 For All has declared today "Free to Tweet" day, celebrating the freedom of speech promised by the First Amendment. Big congratulations to Trailor Choir's Big Vinny Hickerson, who is no longer big. He didn't win the grand prize on The Biggest Loser, but he did lose 184 pounds in six months on the show. Along the way, he got engaged to his long-time girlfriend, Lori Diaz, and according to Vinny, "This is a stepping stone to the rest of my life."
