Today's Country Tidbits

The CMT Music Awards will be handed out in Nashville on June 9, and the first round of performers has been revealed: Toby Keith, Lady Antebellum, Miranda Lambert, Carrie Underwood and Keith Urban. The show is sold out, but the CMT/CMA Ultimate Fan Flyway contest could be your ticket in. Voting to determine the final nominees is going on now through May 3rd.

Apparently there's a love interest in Hillary Scott's life. The Lady Antebellum singer/songwriter has been seen spending time with Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers. The two danced the night away in Las Vegas Saturday night, and Sunday night were together at the ACM Award after-party, celebrating Lady A's big night.

Told you yesterday that Miranda and Blake wouldn't get hitched in Vegas, but someone did...congrats to David Allan Coe and his long-time girlfriend Kimberly Hastings, who were married at Las Vegas' Little White Chapel on Saturday. The official witness was Toby Keith.

Luke Bryan got a taste of reality tv when he was part of Celebrity Apprentice on Sunday night, and that taste was good enough to last him forever. “It was interesting. I’ve never met Donald but I met his son which is essentially Donald in a younger better-haired version. Yeah I think I’m good on the whole reality thing. You won’t ever see Home with the Bryan’s on anything. I think I’m going to go straight to big time, high production movies, all the good stuff. Try to win a couple Oscars.” The performances by Luke and Emily West are on iTunes for 30 days, and proceeds from the sales go to Cyndi Lauper's True Colors Fund.
